English Victorian Three Light Candelabra by Elkington & Co. - 1878

Description

A stunning Silver Plated three light candelabra by the very famous Elkington & Co., with the highly sought-after Ram's head design on each corner of the base, interspersed with repousse foliate garlands.

The Corinthian column can be separated from the top and has a pin to keep the top in place, a stunning piece for a smaller table or placed in a niche for it's decorative appeal.

The base is where the marks can be found, including the date letter S for the year 1878.

Excellent condition, with a footprint measuring 4 3/8" square, standing 15" tall and spanning 12 1/4" wide.
