There is also a label stuck to the underside of the lid with the words ''ou le sort appelle'' Translate to'' where fate calls'' The name ''Frances'' is also inscribed. Another label provides some of the chest''s history. The interior is lined with attractive floral fabric, which is clean and free of rips or tears.
