Striking Japanese Antique (1920s) Bronze Monkey by Nitten artist Watanabe Kansui. Realistically modelled, the primate is seated holding a peach in its left hand. Signed on the base. 18cm high x 11.3cm wide x 13.2cm deep, weight 1.85kg.
Excellent original condition and nice patina.
