A finely potted porcelain tea bowl and saucer printed with the rare ''fruit sprays'' pattern with simple single line detail to the rim. Unmarked, Liverpool, probably Philip Christian, c.1770-1775.
The bowl measures 8.3cm (3 5/16'') wide and 4.6cm (1 13/16'') high and the saucer measures 12.4cm (4 15/16'') wide.
In very good condition with no damage or repair. The saucer has some fine kiln dust spotting to the underside and very minor handling wear with nice, crisp printing. The tea bowl has smatterings of kiln dust spotting to the walls and the printing is a bit blurry.
