Description

A Worcester porcelain coffee cup and saucer with partially ribbed detail to the walls and painted with a "lambrequin" patterned border. Crescent marks to both pieces, c.1770.

The cup measures 5.9cm (2 5/16") high and 6.4cm (2 1/2") wide and the saucer is 12.3cm (4 13/16") wide.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair and very minor handling wear. The decoration is nice and clear with no smudging. There is a light tide line of blue inside the bottom of the cup from manufacture.
