This example fully marked on the underside in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp as used from 1922 to 1927, Spanish Lady, Rd. No. 736540, { for 1928 }, In red script, A Spanish Lady, HN 1294, Potted by Doulton & Co, and the Painter''s Monogram, CN, unidentified, but listed as working at Doulton Circa 1927. Impressed Model Number, 588.
