An unusually small mid 19thc fruitwood vesta / snuff box with ''trick'' opening.... you slide open the top section and then the middle section pushes back and can slide across to open and reveal the snuff /tobacco...it still retains the original ''rasp'' paper for striking a match and is nicely decorated with a punchwork pattern......to top it all off, is it is made of pearwood and is initialled E.L.P. .....in very good condition with a fine natural colour.
