Carved Wood Gentleman Top Hat Walking Stick.

Description

This handsome Victorian walking cane which has a hand carved wooden handle in the form of a gentleman's head sporting an impressive moustache and wearing a tall stovepipe top hat in the style of Abraham Lincoln or Brunel.

This nice quality antique stick which has good detail to the carved handle has painted eyes, is 89 cm long, has a brass ferrule and has a wonderful patina and look.

Would make a wonderful piece for a walking stick collector.

Dimensions: Length: 89 cm (35"). Width at widest part of handle: 5.5 cm (2").

Weight: 180 g.

Condition: Good usable antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some restoration and repairs to the hat. Some general wear, tiny chips, cracks, scratches and wear to the cane but is solid. Replacement ferrule.

Please note that only the walking cane is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
