A beautifully made early 19thc gentleman''s burr elm snuff box....it has a concentric ring turned pattern on the lid and has gone a wonderful colour that ''aged'' elm goes....their is a small shrinkage crack to the lid, but that has now been closed up and restored.
English. C1800-20.
