George III Antique Silver Cream Jug, Emes and Barnard 1817

Description

A stunning George III silver cream jug. Made in London in 1817 by Emes and Barnard. The jug is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. The upper body is profusely decorated with grapes and vine leaves and the foot is cast with acanthus leaves. There is a full set of hallmarks on the lip and the interior is fully gilded. A very usable and collectable piece of Georgian silver.

WEIGHT; 187 grams or 6 ozst approx.
