Description

A beautiful Scottish silver and gilt oval biscuit box. It was made in Edinburgh in 1934 by Brook and Son of 87 George Street. There are a good set of hallmarks on the side and a makers mark on the bottom. The inside is fully gilded and the lid has a stand away hinge. The biscuit box is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. The biscuit box has a very tight seal to keep the contents fresh.

WEIGHT; 540 grams or 18 ozst. Approx.
