The Blunderbuss has a bell mouth 14'' barrel with London type early Birmingham proofs.
It has a plain rounded lock with swan neck cock and unbridled frizzen, signed ''Ward & Steele''.
Walnut fullstock with early military pattern brass mounts and brass tipped ramrod (shortened). The action fires on half cock. The blunderbuss has some old damage to fore end, see photographs.
In overall Excellent condition but look at the photographs and make up your own mind.
