Superb Dutch Marquetry Table

Description

A superb early 19th Century freestanding Dutch mahogany and marquetry inlaid centre or side table. The wonderful top having a marquetry centre panel with scrolling foliage, flowers and butterfly all in exotic woods set within a chevron oval and marquetry border.

Below is a single oak lined drawer again with marquetry inlay and cornucopia. The sides and back with conforming inlay and the whole raised on square tapering and inlaid legs with joining shaped “X” frame stretchers and turned bun feet. Dimensions:- Height...28''/ 71cm. Width...33.5''/ 85cm. Depth...27.25''/ 69cm. Delivery to most of U.K. £55.
