A charming Victorian rock crystal puffy heart locket which has been used to carry lucky heather. The hinged locket is made from rock crystal rather than glass in a fashion known historically as ''pools of light''. Rock crystal or crystal quartz is sometimes believed to have mystical qualities and to bring good luck.
 
A super Victorian locket, perfect as a romantic gift for a sweetheart.
 
 
 
Marked 9ct to the bale loop, and all the gold has been tested as 9ct
 
Condition. In very good condition with some light surface wear to the quartz.
 
 
 
Measurements: Heart not including bale: 1.6 cm x 2 cm Weight: 3.53 grams
