Yew & Elm Windsor Double Hoop - c1900 - Crinoline Stretcher

This excellent double hoop Windsor chair is Elm seated with Yew construction.

The use of Yew shows the quality of the piece. The intricate back-splat design and the detail revealed at the turned parts make this Windsor chair stand out from the crowd.

The crinoline stretcher unifying the attractively splayed legs is yet more evidence of this chair being a top class example and much sought after.

It is in perfect order and is a strong and solid example.

An exceptional 45cm seat height makes it easy to entrance and exit the chair.
