Antique Silver Pocket Watch Chain and Fob

1900 - 1920
Description

Antique silver pocket watch chain and fob.

The chain measures 34cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

The T-bar and clasp are hallmarked for 1900, with a maker’s mark for the Birmingham silversmith E Whitehouse & Son. Each of the graduated links has the lion silver mark.

Also included is an 1826 George IV shilling which has been drilled at some point to make a fob.

The chain and fob weigh 45g.
