Description

A fine half pint tankard made of Old Sheffield Plate. Faintly marked for 'WR' dating the piece to 1830-1837. Beautiful shaping to the body and engraved to front for 'AHB' and for the 'Gun Inn 1' to the base.

In good condition with very slight copper bleed.

Weight approx 216g.

Height approx 10.5cm

Span approx 11.5cm

Base diameter approx 7.5cm.
