We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

Art Deco diamond jewellery from the 1920s is defined by geometric shapes, clean linear symmetry, and intricate platinum openwork. Key characteristics include the use of varied diamond cuts, such as baguettes and round brilliant cuts, accented by fine milgrain borders.

Art Deco bracelets were predominantly constructed using platinum due to its strength and ability to hold intricate detail without tarnishing. High-grade diamonds, onyx, sapphires, emeralds, and rubies were frequently set into these white metal structures.

Authentic pieces typically feature hand-engraved milgrain details, geometric or architectural link designs, and period-correct maker or purity hallmarks on the clasp or frame. Hand-cut diamonds and platinum construction with openwork undersides are also classic indicators.

An Art Deco diamond bracelet can be worn as a focal statement piece alongside understated contemporary evening wear or structured formal attire. The monochromatic silver tone of platinum pairs seamlessly with neutral fabrics and minimalist silhouettes.

Maintain the bracelet by storing it individually in a soft pouch to prevent abrasion with other metal surfaces. Clean gently using warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush, ensuring the setting and clasp are periodically inspected by a professional jeweller.
