Antique Silver Watch Chain and Boxing Fob, C1930

Description

Antique silver watch chain and boxing fob, c1930.

The chain measures 27cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The T-bar and the clasp are hallmarked for 1930, and both have the HP maker’s mark. All the graduated links have the silver lion mark and one has the same HP mark.

The chain comes with a silver fob with a raised boxing scene to the front, and it is engraved on the reverse, ‘War (believed to be Warsop) Area Finals, Boxing, Run Up, 1926’.

Total weight 37g.
