School House Antiques has dated this Art Deco Mantel Clock to the 1930s.
The elephant is adorned with ivorine (faux ivory) tusks, adding a refined touch to this rare and dynamic piece.

The clock is set within a finely crafted green onyx and marbled case, framed with elegant gold accents, and rests on a base of richly patterned marble and onyx, exemplifying the geometric elegance of the Art Deco period.

The sculpture was created by renowned artist of Art Deco period, I. Rochard, with signature visible on the elephant’s leg.
In very good, vintage condition with a beautifully preserved patina, minor signs of age and use as to be expected.
The clock movement has recently been professionally serviced and it is in good, working condition.
