This exquisite 17th-century piece is centred around a majestic, dazzling rose-cut diamond with a border of seventeen rose-cut and old mine-cut diamonds, totalling approximately 1.85ct.
A ribbon-style border compliments the intricate setting of the ring. The diamonds are cut down claw set in silver, giving them a spectacular otherworldly appearance. The head of the ring is complete with yellow gold split shoulders, each shoulder hosting another stunning diamond before leading into a detailed, engraved band featuring sections of scrollwork detailing.
This ring, circa 1714 - 1830, tests as 18ct gold and silver. It is in good condition with light marks commensurate with age.
