A lovely mahogany bookcase. We date this bookcase to the early 20th century.
The bookcase sits on four short carved legs and has gadrooning carving around the top edge. There are two side hinged doors, the right hand door is fitted with a lock (key is supplied).
The bookcase has three adjustable wooden shelves.
The bookcase has an overall height of 112cm, a width at the feet of 95cm, and a depth of 30cm.
The shelves have a depth of 24cm.
This lovely bookcase remains in a good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including a small scratched area to the right hand side of top surface. There have been repairs to the legs.
This remains a very stylish and elegant bookcase and will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
