Mid-century Modern Boars Head Pitcher / Jug By Valenti

A rare and impressive Spanish pitcher or jug made from heavy glass and a figural silver plated collar and hinged lid in the form of a Boar''s head retaining it''s original glass eyes.
 
These were made by Valenti of Barcelona, I am unable to find the mark on this one but undeniably by Valenti and dating to c.1960.
 
Excellent condition measuring 10'' x 8'' x 12'' tall.
