The stone is rubover set in 18k yellow gold and surrounded by 19 old mine cut diamonds set in silver, which sits a atop a slender tapering shank which displays a very slightly blush coloured gold.
Accompanied by a sapphire report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no evidence of heating, and is Sri Lankan (Ceylon) in origin.
