Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
With an opaline glass shade, resting on a circular collar, and arm, sweeping to meet the orb and ringed terminal, fitted with a tightening screw, to allow the light to be adjusted for height on tall shank, finished with a tapered and ball finial.
The underside with lead loading.
