It has a traditional black silk double strand strap which can be made to fit any wrist size with its original Rolex clasps.
It is quite stunning, the dial with star shaped baton markers is in superb original condition with just a hint of patina that you would expect to see on a vintage watch thats nearly 70 years old. The case has been ultrasonically cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
The The Rolex calibre 282 17 jewel manual winding movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking. It has just been serviced and is running to within original rolex specification.
As you would expect from Rolex the watch is fully marked on the dial movement and case which is fully hallmarked for 18ct solid gold.
The case size is 16mm in diameter excluding the winding crown.
Rolex are probably the most desireable of all watch brands and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
