A truly amazing Victorian 5ft brass half tester bedstead of grand proportions and of exhibition quality!
All the fitting are of cast brass and this is without doubt one of the finest brass bedsteads that we have ever seen.
Although there is no makers mark it is unquestionably from one of the finest manufactures the likes of say Winfield or Maple & Co.
It has a very pleasing original patina and therefore we have left it as it is apart from a very gentle clean.
In all a very rare bedstead of the finest quality.
