Rare Set of Nelson Victory Tokens in Original Box

18th century
Description

This is a set of 4 Nelson victory tokens gilded brass in their original box.

Depicted are the battles of Copenhagen, St Vincent, Aboukir & Trafalgar, all in good order, portrait of Nelson on the reverse. The box is engraved inside top and bottom with the number 19 which means both are original.

Circa 1805

Each token measures 2cm in diameter
