Shaun King Antiques has dated this Chinese Porcelain Bough Pot to the 1750s.
Bough Pots were used for growing bulbs without soil.
The roots would then start to sprout and eventually spread down into the water.

There is a small chip to the back bottom corner and a minor chip to the back top edge. Some rubbing to th gilt and minor pint loss. There is no restoration.
