A large antique hand woven on a loom, tapestry dating to the late 18th or early 19th Century. Depicting a figure in a wooded glade with his dog , trees, country chateau, and bridge crossing a river. Good bright colours, with a decorative border of flowers. Basically in excellent condition with a couple of small areas wear to the edge.. always difficult to source these large tapestries in such good order.
