A fabulous caviar set by Baccarat c.1890 consisting of a pair of serving dishes and a pair of spoon holders, with ormolu Persian influenced bronze mounts and intaglio cut glass panels depicting swimming Sturgeon. One of the panels on one of the spoon holders has an internal chip at the top otherwise the set is in excellent condition standing 3 ¼ inches tall.
