An unusual and very rare George II wine coaster or stand. Made in London by a seldom see silversmith John Quantock in 1756. It is in unbelievably good condition with no damage or repairs. There are a full set of hallmarks underneath. It takes a regular size bottle of wine as well as a champagne sized bottle. It is an amazing piece of Georgian silver and a must for any collector.

WEIGHT; 476 grams or 15.5 ozst approx.
