A superbly decorated silver salver in circular form with an empty cartouche, beaded edge, and floral and engraved base, made by the renowned silversmiths Elkington and Co, in Birmingham, 1890.
The silver salver presents E. C. L., the Lion passant, the Birmingham assay mark, and date letter “q” for 1890.

Condition:
In very good decorative condition. It presents a very tiny dent on the cartouche. The hallmarks are all crisp and clear.
