A two-tier cherry and oak kitchen work table from Alsace with two drawers.

It bears all the classic features of an Alsace table - notched legs, a small and large drawer, a peg-attached top tapered legs and beautifully shaped rails. Early to mid 1800s.

Now built up to make a two-tier island it's perfect for the modern kitchen. It has some marks to the top from use.
