A Wonderful Cold Painted Austrian Bronze Novelty Parrot Pen Wipe. It has the original pen wipe bristles in its back and is of a good size. This item is in good condition but as is normal with an object of this type and age, some of the paint has worn away over time – circa 1900.

*This Novelty pen wipe is exceptionally realistic and is the perfect desk ornament to get people talking!
