Flying Cherub Light. c1920. Whimsical gilded metal cherub lamp, original simple bell-shaped frosted shade with a rolled rim. Probably French. The fitting has been rewired to bring it up to today�s standard, there�s approximately 1 metre of cable from the ceiling fitting to the bulb holder. The cherub can be moved along the cable to suit. The shade is 6 inches (15cm) tall. All my photos are taken using natural light only.
