Antique Brass Log Bin

19th century
Description

A good example of a large brass log bin dating from the mid to late 19th Century. It is decorated with a repousse and dot punched design. It is a good quality piece with a rolled rim, lions head handles and three tall lions paw feet.

It is in good original condition and there are no damages, splits or holes. There are some minor dinks and dents and signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Approximate Measurements:

Height : 13 3/4" / 35cm

Diameter : 14" / 36cm
