Antique Victorian Gothic Carved Oak Tall Narrow Bookcase on Cabinet and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality oak it has a canopy top with deep gadrooned frieze with carved lion mask to each end this is above a further carved frieze with carved figure to each end and with carved sides. It has a single leaded glass door with original brass handle and escutcheon. Internally there are three fully adjustable original shelves. It has a moulded edge to the base above a single oak lined drawer with brass handles and to each side with carved lion mask handles . To each side is a carved figure leading to carved sides.
