An unusual antique English match strike, beautifully cut with two textured strips to either side where a non-safety match would have been struck.

The top is mounted with an English silver mount fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1924, 100 years old. The makers mark is also present, possibly for Albert Baker & Co.

Excellent condition measuring 2 3/4" x 2" x 3 1/8" tall.
