This handsome and larger scale George III wing backed armchair has recently been finely reupholstered in deep buttoned dark tan leather which has been hand finished to give a well patinated look. The leather is finished on the edges with a brass individually nailed boarder. The chair stands on square moulded mahogany legs connected with stretchers and raised onto brass casters. The frame is in good solid condition and the chair has a good seat height and is very comfortable to sit in and will give many years of good service before ever needing to be reupholstered again.
