French Oak Parquetry Top Dining Table This handsome French Oak Dining Table features a parquetry three piece top, including two extension leaves that are stored beneath the table top when not required. The parquetry is held within a shaped outer solid oak frame that sits on an oak base. The frieze of the base is shaped to match the table top and has a moulded outer edge with a gilt line all around. The gilt decoration follows through on each corner and the centre floral decorative carvings on both sides. To each corner the table stands on cabriole legs with felt padded feet. All in very good condition with a lovely aged patina, this charming table comfortably seats ten people. It has been through our workshop where it has been checked over, cleaned and re-waxed in the traditional manner, ready to place in the home.
