A superb pair of cut glass condiment bowls from the mid Victorian period . These handsome examples have hobnail cut and turned over rims in the Georgian style . The sides are facet cut and stand on square star cut bases. A pair of hallmarked silver spoons from the same era is included.
The tubs are of practical size and would make a useful and attractive addition to a well laid table, serving as salt, parmesan or French and English mustard bowls. Alternative ideas are sauces, such as mint, cranberry, mayonnaise etc. Dimensions below.
