Antique Early Pewter Charger 18thc By Russell Laugher - Worcester C1740-51

One of the best 18thc pewter chargers I have bought in a long time....this imposing one was made by Russell Laugher of Worcester, who worked from around 1740 and died in 1751....the charger is very well marked to the reverse with his full set of very clear touch marks, along with a London touch and ownership initials ''SB''.....it is always pleasing to see the bouge of the plate showing the visible clear hammer marks.....in excellent condition with a fine natural patina...
