The Fire guard is a superb quality piece, it is almost Square in shape with curved corners and large steady feet. The frame is very decorative with ormolu decoration set on a fine mesh to prevent any damage to the area surrounding the fire

The style is typical French Rococo with a dramatic basket of flowers and ribbon motif in the centre, with the winter looming over us this one is just in time to be put to work

The Fire Guard is 26” high, 25” wide and 4” deep
