Description

A Victorian Costermongers Barrow or Market Garden Hand Cart

The cart or Barrow is made in pine it is in surprisingly good condition, it has been stored indoors and so not had to suffer harsh weather

The cart has wooden wheels with iron rims and axle and iron leaf springs

It is a sturdy thing, the paint is shabby but original, it has iron caps on the end of the legs and is all in all a very useful piece and work very well as a shop or market display piece

The overall length of the cart is 72” and it is 52” wide and 32” high, the pine bed is 25” wide and 50” long
