Gents Longines automatic wristwatch, 1953.
The watch has a 17-jewel automatic movement, calibre 19AS, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 8,862,845 dates it back to 1953.
The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the later winding crown and the lugs. The case is 10k gold filled and it is in good condition, just some scratching between two of the depressions. The inside of the screw-on case back is signed with the Longines Wittnauer name.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with dauphine shaped hands, cross hair detail and centre seconds hand. There is a little marking to the dial.
The watch comes with a vintage (possibly original) Longines strap and signed Longines buckle.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
