The chest is stamped at the rear for C L''heuruex and Company 32 and 67 Grande Rue Boulogne Sur Mer. There is a plank top with super grain and colour with a thumb moulded edge. There is a desirable configuration of 2 over three drawers with original turned fruitwood handles. The drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and the whole sits on the original plinth base.
