Description

A Antique Edwardian (1901-1910) Maple & Co. Mahogany & Rosewood Large Three Door Wardrobe. Featuring three doors, the central one with a mirror and the doors on either side with symmetrical rosewood quarter veneering panels. With a bevelled top and below in the frieze it is inlaid with an alternating diamond and oval pattern. The central and right door open to reveal clothes hanging space with a brass clothing rail and hangers to the back and sides. The left doors opens to reveal three shelves and below is three graduated drawers with brass handles. The stamp located in the inside reads ‘From Maple & Co Limited London & Paris’.

This Wardrobe comes apart into four pieces. The top, the base, left hand side single section and the right hand-side double section.

Condition: There is a hairline crack down one side of the wardrobe.
