The centre stone ''floats'' within a surround of twelve old mine cut diamonds in platinum. Fine, spear-shaped detailing in the shoulders leads to a triple-wire 18k yellow gold shank. French hallmarks.
Accompanied by a sapphire report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no evidence of heating.
