An unusual Art Deco style walnut ottoman or trunk. The front having blind fret stiles with a chevron panelled centre flanked by boxwood inlay and figured walnut sides. Below is a shaped and moulded frieze joined to shaped brackets and rounded feet. The cushion moulded top / seat opens via a push button to reveal a cedar lined interior with a removable tray. The whole in very good condition and ready for use at the foot of a bed or in front of a window. Dimensions:- Height…23’’/ 58.5cm. Width…44’’/ 112cm. Depth…18.5’’/ 47cm.
